Pros
Just like any sales job, there is unlimited earning potential as long as you are able to find buyers. There are a lot of bonuses and benefits if you hit certain target amounts including fully paid trips that can also be converted to cash. They have a really good training and onboarding system too. If you work part-time the work are are very flexible, as long as you can work whenever you're available then you'll be good to go.
Cons
Despite the title "financial advisor" my role really is just insurance salesman. I just think that the title given to us is misleading to potential buyers. The rewards system is very much like MLM's too and your ability to see heavily relies on existing connections.
