Pros
I’ve really enjoyed my time at Postscript. I worked adjacent to my manager at a previous company, so I already knew she was someone who communicates well, trusts her team, and gives people room to do great work. That made joining an easy decision.
The biggest difference for me compared to past roles has been the level of trust and flexibility. I have more ownership here and somehow way less stress at the same time. People are treated like adults. You’re expected to solve problems, speak up, and contribute outside your job description if you want to. That startup energy is hard to fake.
The culture also feels genuine. Smart people, low egos, and very little corporate theater. Teams collaborate well and people actually want to help each other succeed. It’s fast-paced, but in a motivating way instead of a burnout way.
Cons
Like any growing startup, priorities can shift quickly and processes are still evolving in some areas. If you prefer a very structured environment with everything mapped out months in advance, it might be an adjustment.
