Pros
Most of the employees are friendly and try to be helpful.
Cons
Upper management may want to reconsider telling employees personal information regarding other managers. I. E. We’re working with X on their management skills, they used to be worse then they are now, however we decided to promote X into a superior position regardless. Employees should be reserved about giving higher ups (owners) feed back regarding areas that the company shows weakness in, even when encouraged to share so they can make proper improvements (false advertisement). Employees comment to new hires that every day they are fearful of losing their jobs. They have concerns but wont voice them due to being worried they’ll get fired (which they will). If the manager you are working under doesn’t care for you they will make sure you are called out repeatedly to senior management, yet won’t provide you with proper learning tools, and will treat you like you are beneath them. Senior management seems to condone and encourage this type of behavior.
