Pros

Met some good people who were trying to make a difference, but ultimately they were down trodden by management. Everybody I knew well within the company wants to leave.

Cons

Clueless management insensitive to the needs of both customers and staff. Zero training given. Very much numbers based, to hell with the customer. Poor facilities. The list really does go on.

Pros

Management is fair and always willing to listen. No stress environment, just man/woman up, do your job and life is good. I'm going on two years here, 2 weeks vacation after one year. Fairly regular increases, spiffs and bonuses are great!!!! I take home atleast 100.00 dollars each week in addition to my regular pay.

Cons

They do hire more from the outside, which I don't understand. They post jobs internally, then hire outsiders, when there are qualified people from within to fill those positions

Pros

Air conditioning typically works which is a good thing in the tight quarters of the telemarketing room. I wonder if the still have the filthy carpet and rodent problem. Do ask, it's very amusing rats under your cubicle in the garbage. Great fun. Definitely speak with Roxanne if the poor thing is still there, she has a great New York accent.

Cons

Low pay, lying to the elderly with their script. Telling the customers the water is warmed. Unless they have added a heater in the last couple of years, the water you put in is as hot as it gets. After installation the horror stories abound. They are pretty quick to fix after the first couple of days, but don't hold yor breath after that. They will tell you you've signed off even on faulty parts of their crappy tubx. Slippery oh yes. They will be more than happy to send you bath strip to stick to the floor of yor tub or shower. Bought a shower? Make sure you close the doors just right or floodin will occur.
