Employees created a positive and collaborative work environment. Customer service and staffing support were once considered high quality. Older reviews indicate a history of strong performance and client satisfaction. The review acknowledges appreciation for previous staff members, showing there was a solid foundation and culture at one point.

Significant decline in workplace culture after the management change around October 2024. Communication has become inconsistent and unreliable. Concerns regarding transparency in operations and decision-making. Employees, candidates, and client companies reportedly feel poorly treated. Perception of misleading information being provided. Loss of trust and credibility compared to the office’s previous reputation. Current experience no longer aligns with the expectations set by past reviews and performance.

When I initially called them, they told me that they were ready and willing to help me. I felt seen and heard. I got one job interview through them that did not go anywhere. Since then, I have not gotten much and have reached out many times but their answers, when they do answer, is that no one has responded to anything. I was recently told that my resume timeline was an issue for most employers. I asked them what they did to help me in that situation and the answer was not very helpful or that they did very much. In the end their advice was that I should look for a job on my own. The whole reason why I went to them is because I was having problems with this job market and the last staffing agency I was with was also very unhelpful.
