      Pros

      The owner is amazing. Great leadership skills while still being caring and friendly. The company is small so it is a close group of employees. Pay is extremely fair & he will work with you on any scheduling issues Basically pick how much you want to work. Office is beautiful and brand new. Also extremely secure premise.

      Cons

      Since it is still a small amount of employees there’s not really room for position growth yet.
