Pros
High turnover in middle management so inexperienced/untrained people can get promotions quickly. Some people who work here are really lovely. If you can laugh at calamity there is no end to the entertainment here.
Cons
The San Juan Capistrano location is ~70% temps who are trained for about a month before they start training the new batch of temps. There are a lot of mistakes made due to inexperience. This comes back on the full time employees because mistakes on your team are reflected in your annual merit increase and bonus. There is absolutely no communication between upper management, middle management and operations. Management makes excuses saying that everything changes quickly and you just have to adapt, but they refuse to keep people informed of the changes so that they can adapt. I literally find out more about the projects I'm working on from rumors, other teams, and over hearing conversations than from my supervisor. PSA: if you're a temp for Aerotek going to work here know that the "Temp to full time 6 month contract" is complete BS. They will just renew your contract indefinitely to keep you a temp. Recently they opened up 10 full time positions for the >40 temps who currently work here. Temps who've been here for over 8 months are having to interview for their jobs, and compete for full time. Don't even ask about HR, it's a joke.
