Pros
Co-workers and direct line management are great. The people you work with care about the work they are doing. Your team will be more than happy to assist/guide you on things you're unsure of as you start out. Workload - manageable. I expect this to increase further as I get more experience in the company, but I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't just have a ton of projects dumped on me. Management are considerate of your capacity. Remote working is a big plus.
Cons
There can be an expectation to sometimes work late, but this is usually only for reasons such as working on a critical deliverable with another timezone. Salary is OK. Just below market average I'd say for my role, but not enough to get under my skin too much. Senior management can sometimes come across as quite unapproachable and stuffy. Not nasty people from what I've seen, but they've all been with the company for years and it seems cliquey at that level.
