Field fundraiser. Poor pay, silly table display rules, big egos, manipulative management. - Field Fundraiser RSPB (Royal Society for the Protection of Birds) Employee Review

Pros

See the countryside at their expense. Meet some wonderful people.

Cons

Middle managers are morons. Expect to start inspired and full of enthusiasm. After a few weeks and especially after team development days, expect to be frustrated with stupid arbitrary table display rules (e.g. No laminating) and manipulative, secretive, egotistical managers.
