      Pros

      A company with a genuine wish to support their employees in their roles and also with their wellbeing. Great Senior Leadership Team who communicate regularly and ensure all employees are supported in every way. I feel genuinely supported by my manager and the Senior Leadership Team and enjoy working as "one team" for the benefit of our clients.
