Bonuses cut, Management plays favourites, empty promises are made for development, there is no flexibility although that’s the whole brand. I wanted to visit a very sick relative and they said no, any opportunity to say no or micromanage they will take it. Would only recommend as a foot in the door job. It’s a glorified admin role and they will take what they can from you, and give nothing back. Taking initiative, fixing problems, doing your managers job for them only for them to demote you and base your progression on ‘business needs’ which basically means you’re staying where you are. Also office politics and gossip is rife. Management are also all the same ethnicity, where as most of the people in the wider department are very diverse. Make of that what you will.
