Great initial sales training.
Great place to start your career.
Cons
Its transactional, not consultative so in the long run you will make less money being in a transactional sale.
Be weary of some high pressure sales tactics. It can be a great place to start and learn from but not the exact type of sales process you want to carry throughout your entire career.
It's all cold calls and everyone thinks they're going to be the next Wolf of Wall Street but in reality you just cold call restaurants all day and your managers get mad if you don't fight with the hostess that answered the phone. They want 200 dials a day and 220 minutes talk time minimum. Then when you move up you can have a few less dials, but they want 250 minutes a day. I was told I couldn't leave at 6pm because I only had 200 minutes of talk time... You can make ok money but personally it was the worst job I've ever had.
