It is a teacher mill. They fire about 20% of all teachers every year. The admin is a bad combination of heartless and clueless. Take the job only if you have to. You can lose your life to SI if you say yes to everything they want you to do. They will not recognize any achievements but they will most definitely fire you for the fun of it.
