Unorganized, lazy leadership, entitled owners, no focus on quality, culture is non-existent, employees are an afterthought, turnover is massive and frequent, profit dictates quality.
Scott Staples is a clueless business owner that believes everything is owed to him because he worked for a good chef 20 years ago. If you respect yourself as a food professional of any sort or are looking for a place to learn, turn the other direction.
