      Pros

      Upper management has tried to open up many ways for employees to ask questions. Technology is advanced and pretty intuitive

      Cons

      It has taken management a long time to figure out a plan for merging our two companies, Lingotek and Straker. It has been a very confusing transition and we have lost many good employees in the process.
