- No work life balance, over worked, underpaid - Reactive office culture, versus proactive in nature - Lack of teamwork, many you versus them attitude - Poor understanding of expectations due to lack of training given - Standards continuously changing, resulting in misunderstanding, poor quality work, and frustrations
