You are surrounded by incredibly smart and passionate people who will push you to succeed. I truly believe there is no better company in Baltimore to help grow your career.

      If you aren't a self-starter, this may not be a great place for you.

      Pros

      You'll learn a ton and be given a lot of leeway to implement your own ideas. You'll also have a name on your resume that gets noticed by recruiters and future bosses. Working here was a major turning point in my career.

      Cons

      Management will make or break your ability to get anything done, and some Agora divisions are run better than others. A few have struggled in recent years and even folded. Do your due diligence.
