      Clear objectives and strategy. Fast paced and responsive in an ever changing environment. Focus on benificiaries, involving them at every level. Passionate about making a difference Prepared to push boundaries and challenge the norm.

      Cons

      Sometimes trys to do too much too quickly. However this also can result in positive change. This is a brutal disease , and those living with it know a cure cant wait !

      Pros

      Help is always on hand from the management team. Opportunities to learn and your work is never taken for granted.

      Cons

      I volunteer 100% remotely so I'm not sure what the environment is like at head office but I have no cons to mention.
