Pros

There is good weather in Malaga. Malaga is cheaper than London I'm afraid there is not much more positive I can say. My time there was a nightmare

Cons

* The offices are not in Malaga, but in an industrial park. Prepare for a long commute stuck in horrible traffic, even if you take the company bus. Public transport to the Park is really bad: no trains, and just a few buses that run every half an hour (and also get stuck in traffic). Company bus twice per day. * They hire people from abroad, offer them a relocation package, then once they move they restructure departments and make them redundant. That happened to me, they made me redundant 8 months after I was hired (even though I had passed my probation period), and once I had relocated to Malaga from London. They argued that they had restructured the Business Analyst department. So, my advice: think twice if you want to endure the pain of a relocation for such an unreliable company. * I found the working culture really nasty and bully. They are the kind of company that try to look cool by having a play room, with playstations. However good companies are those who don't allow managers to be nasty and aggressive to their employees. I suspect I was made redundant because I reported mobbing from my manager to HR. Unfortunately I couldn't prove that in Court.
