Pros

well they talk a good game but with in 6months -- it was obvious that their true colors -- were black and not white

Cons

the customer really does notmatter -- and padding your time and accounts seemto be the biggest - part of the job-

Pros

No boss breathing down your neck. Just show up, get your work done and go home. No layoffs. Opportunity for promotions.

Cons

Poor benefits and pay. Old buildings. No voicemail. No direct deposit. Work being done across 3 buildings is inconvenient and results in driving across town to turn in paperwork.

Pros

Everyone is extremely friendly, hours are flexible, management is very generous with unpaid time off/flex time, everyone lets you work at your own pace, many people spend their entire careers here, so that's gotta mean they're doing something right.

Cons

Buildings have not been remodeled since the 60s, practices and technology is outdated, there is little drive to adapt or change, the paid vacation policy is very stingy, they seem to have a hard time attracting anyone besides white men to engineering.
