      Pros

      Tismart is a good place to grow if you work in the software factory team but if you work in their partners or you already have profesional background then the experience isn't good enough. They pay the monthly payment on time.

      Cons

      I had a bad experience with his accounting area. Also, they don't have an established career ladder, so don't expect to ascend.

      Pros

      I can say this is a very nice place to work, with a good enviorement, terrific people that are willing to help you. Also with a lot of new challenges that keep you passionate about what are you doing.

      Cons

      I didn't have any problem at the moment.
