Pros
Some nice people who work there.
Cons
Terrible middle management, who are great at day to day jobs but cannot manage people. Toxic reactive working environment which forces cross department rifts. Even inter department work life is unbearable as staff are either apathetic, or stressed out of their minds trying to keep their head above water Staff who attend for convenience, or waiting for a pay out in redundancy rather than wanting to be there. Rapidly losing customers due to losing focus on what matters, keeping people safe and independent. Having just lost their main income from their largest customer (McCarthy and Stone) this company is now in a downward spiral. This has been apparent for the last 5 years however, as they have had 2 attempts to sell the business fail (O2 and recently Vodaphone) They have no plan in place for the digital change over from redundant telephony systems to digital IP systems on legacy equipment, which is just a ticking time bomb, in their chosen market sector. But the worst of all, the people who suffer the most and have no voice are the customer. Elderly and vulnerable individuals who rely on a business which is failing them when they need them the most. Which is unforgivable.
