Pros
sometimes the money is good, but only if you have regulars. If the girls are willing to pay money to get their shifts picked up that's a plus. And sometimes flexible schedules. If you work shifts that are considered to be good money shifts and you need off girls will usually pick them up especially around rent time. Half off food. But besides that there are no pros... Most girls only stay because they leave with cash in hand that day.
Cons
managers are definitely sexist, in an environment with so many girls you would think that they would have more women in management but they don't. The managers typically rotate every few months. The managers are either perverts who will make sexual advances or they will talk to you in a condescending manner. hours suck only because most of the time the restaurants are completely dead 3+ hours prior to close + no breaks, even if you work a double. I'm talking about 1 4 hour days, and God forbid you sit down or try and eat. THEY DO NOT CARE about you, at all. Research the scientific management theory, that's exactly how they run TP. TERRIBLE CEO, he literally came in and made two bartenders cry. I don't know why anyone would treat the people who do all the work like total crap. I don't do dressups because they are starting to require less clothing (hence me saying might as well be a strip club) but who wants to have their whole body out for $2. I promise you can go to IHOP, BJ's ect. and make the same amount of $ if not more.
