Short hours and competitive pay.
Cons
No support from key accounts and marketing. Managers are just as qualified sales people as you so there’s no real sales culture to drive the business because they’d rather be in the office all day than in the trade. No uniforms provided besides a white jersey type shirt that gets dirty quickly with little work. Things change on a dime like people getting fired on Christmas Eve to save money.
