      Pros

      - They don't micromanage you as long as you get your work done. - Creative and smart people work at the company which makes it fun and exciting. - Big social following making it easier to do social media.

      Cons

      - Don't allow full remote work. - Extensive handbook rules for a company that small seems overboard. - Managing members don't always agree on things which makes it hard.

      Great Company to work for, family friendly environment with office dogs was always the best part of my day

      Leadership doesn’t seem to genuinely care about the people keeping things running. There’s little to no diversity — it’s mostly the same type of people with the same perspectives.
