Many like-minded team members across the US, Canada and Great Britain. Lots of room for people who want to be leaders and build a strong team.

Direct Sales can be challenging- it's not about selling products, you must build a team to make significant money.

None that I can think of.

Exaggerated Claims During Hiring: Management misrepresented key details during the interview process, inflating the company’s success and appeal as a workplace. Lack of Leadership and Direction: The management team lacks the necessary experience in running marketing for a DTC or Ecommerce business, leading to confusion and lack of ownership over projects. Undisclosed MLM Model: The company primarily operates through an MLM scheme, a fact that was not disclosed during the interview, and the DTC business is very limited. High Employee Turnover: Many new hires leave within the first few months after realizing the job details were falsified. Unreasonable Expectations: Employees were expected to attend unpaid weekend training sessions and work extra hours, with management often being dismissive of anyone who questioned their authority. Unprofessional Exit: Upon giving two weeks' notice, I was immediately terminated, and management initially attempted to withhold pay for the notice period.
