      Abysmal pay Bonus scheme that decreased during the time I worked there and would take a mathematician to actually fully understand. Miserable unmotivated reps Cut backs everywhere Sales/pallet/bulk/tele sales days far too often - desperate tactics Low morale shared through sales team

      Pros

      You are able to meet and work with many different manufacturers in the industry. Coworkers were very friendly at our branch location. Traveling is a plus without being overbearing.

      Cons

      Pay was a bit low. Higher-up structure can be tricky to navigate.
