To summarise from a few years ago:- • had to work bank holidays for no extra money or time in lieu. • constant pressure to obtain high targets even if some days there wasn’t enough stock to process, this was worsened when management hired too many data entry clerks or but too many staff onto the same role in a day. • standing for hours on end, used to be staring at a computer screen in a rundown building. •used to hear casual racism & sexist comments from colleagues.
