      still a good place for sales reps

      - New incentive system for sales highly attractive; - New company strategy; - New Office in Berlin; - Colleagues & Team;

      Cons

      Did not love our old office space, but luckily we moved. Communication can be more transparent and direct.

      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly and willing to help. Colleagues have definitely become friends here. :) The structure is not very hierarchical, which can be daunting in some companies.

      Cons

      Job positions should have a clearer structure.
