      Pros

      Friendly workforce with very talented people. Senior Management are great to work with and I learned a lot during my time there. There is a great culture which is driven by a group of very genuine people.

      Cons

      The company doesn't shout enough about itself or the amazing work it carries out which can sometimes weaken its position within the industry.
