      You are around by a bunch of nicest people and the whole open door policy makes mgmt accessible. Work life balance Considerable mgmt

      Pros

      Access to leadership Accountability to make meaningful change Opportunity to work with really smart and nice people Comp & Ben are good; you get equity as a manager which is amazing Enjoyed the culture and how nice everyone is

      Cons

      Very lean - trying to be a disruptor with limited resources You truly have to shine and be exceptional to get promoted; reality is if you're average, you just won't get promoted. In most other places, you can squeak by but not here. That hurts to hear, but it's what I've observed
