      Refreshing to work at a company that clearly cares about its employees

      Pros

      The company and leadership team are extremely invested in developing team members, and are transparent about the internal mechanisms of the business.

      Cons

      There is a lot of learning on the fly, similar to a startup. However, it isn’t overwhelming like startups due to the amount of training and the culture of everyone helping everyone.

      Pros

      US Owned and operated Company has an amazing vision and goals. The Owner strives to ensure all personnel are involved in setting goals. Everyone is willing to jump in and help each other. Upper Management is very involved is working with the team to improve efficiency and goals. Very COVID Responsive!

      Great work from home options in response to COVID. Fantastic work culture where you truly love the people you work with. Massive opportunities for vertical growth. Paid training and education opportunities.

      Cons

      Fast paced company with high expectations for employees. This works well for many people but could be difficult for some.
