      Pros

      The benefits are hard to beat, especially the longer you work here. The work is critical and requires every person to play their part, so we all rely on each other. Company is healthy, stable and growing.

      Cons

      You don't get all of the normal holidays here, but vacation time is 2 weeks, 3 weeks after the first year, so it's not an issue for me.
