      Pros

      Great team of friendly co-workers that are mostly all ex-Big 4, very talented tax professionals! FTS is comprised of 90% minority professionals. As FTS continues to grow, it creates many opportunities for the staff to move up to senior positions.

      Cons

      It has been difficult under COVID to meet others team members but we hope to start getting back into the office soon.
