      My coworkers are the absolute best. I have never been employed with a large group of women and men who are very encouraging and work well together. I am extremely pleased with the benefits package as well

      Pros

      The ARC Central Chesapeake Region has a lot of things I value. The rewards program that offers benefits suitable for me and my family. Career advancement. Working environment is clean. The value placed on their workers and clients. Placing a vehicle at each home to make it easy and accessible to transport clients to their activities.

      Cons

      Even in excellent I am told that there is always room for improvement. I will say to the ARC continue making the ARC a unique place for the clients you serve. Keeping them involved in the community and in the workplace. Their stories are remarkable and inspiring.
