Pros

I work in the London office. Despite us having doubled in size over the past couple of years, fetch have managed to retain its family/start up culture. They offer so many benefits, fun activities and socials and coaching its awesome. Senior management are approachable and seem to have made a really conscious effort recently to be open with communication and answer questions from the business which isn't easy.

Cons

some of my peers can complain about small things like but overall i think its a great place to work

Cons

Shoreditch location is not directly next to a tube station With all the great perks employees come to expect this is the norm
