      Loved my time at FP, I still keep in touch with many of my coworkers.

      Cons

      Pay was not competitive at all. However, they did various recognition and overall, one of the best place I worked for.

      Pros

      This is my favorite place to work! I have worked for some Fortune 500s and they all claim to care about their employees and their customers. Financial Pacific Leasing REALLY DOES. They are truly a learning organization and have instituted a Continuous Quality Improvement process companywide to ensure they are creating a world class customer experience.

      Cons

      Being a 46 year old company, FinPac has developed some deep-seated bureaucracies that need to be replaced with innovative, novel solutions. However, the leadership is well aware of these processes and they are actively rooting them out.
