Company participates in profit sharing bonuses. Passionate and dedicated team members. Constant opportunity for career growth/advancement. Mistakes are treated as opportunities for growth and plans for how to avoid them in the future. Coaching (correcting errors/behavior) is sincerely given as a way to improve, it doesn't automatically feel like you're being reprimanded or in trouble. If you want to succeed here all you have to do is have a good attitude and work ethic. Commercial department has the best culture and work environment overall. CEO is very involved in day-to-day business, approachable by everyone, incredibly intelligent and not hesitant to share his knowledge.
Cons
Job tasks can be extremely urgent and stressful, takes some time to figure out how to handle task priorities. Some salespeople are difficult to work with - but that seems typical for sales.
