      Pros

      I have worked at First Fidelity for two years and I love it. I am currently a personal banker, and I am actively training to promote to an assistant manager. If you can show that you are willing to learn and grow, the managers here are more than willing to help you thrive in whatever area you are interested in. At First Fidelity, we have employees that have started here and stayed with the company since. I believe that this is because we function as a family and everyone is willing to help whenever they need to.

      This company cares about you and treats you like family. Encourages advancement from within. Client service and client care are a top priority, They provide the training and tools you need to make a difference in the lives of their clients. Management support is always available if it's ever needed.
