      Location, I relocated back home to Texas in 2020. I have not found a company in Dallas that has the same employee centric culture of FFNM. I wish I was still there.

      Fun and friendly coworkers & upper management, very organized (but not restricting). Genuinely the most healthy and fun work environment I have had the pleasure of being a part of!

      Pay could be better, but it isn't horrible either! Everything else about the job makes up for it.

      Pros

      Great benefits, not "corporate" style employer, Amazing management, paid holidays, constant show of "employee appreciation", Ethical to employees and its members, great work life balance, employee mental health is important to organization. Ronald Morehead is one of the kindest human beings I have ever met. The work environment is upbeat and friendly.

      Cons

      Members can be rude sometimes but are more friendly than anywhere else I have worked.
