      Co-workers are pleasant to work with Much opportunity with multiple product lines Good health plan and HR staff who are helpful

      Priorities change frequently causing confusion when new directions don't persist Appears management not interested in employ development or training

      -nice co-workers -flexible working hours as long as job done or hours fulfilled

      Cons

      -terrible middle level management, specially the tech lead -slap a hell out of you if they think you are not the best or you are just average
