Pros
The working environment is very chill and friendly and there is not much work pressure as well. You will get opportunities to do different kind of work and learn from it which is great instead of just working like a machine.
Cons
They do not have fixed week offs and its 6 days working but its not a big issue in my opinion.

Being a start up, you are most welcome to try out different things here. You can contribute in any way as u want. Founder is pretty cool about it.
Cons
Saturdays are working here.
