      Pros

      Good work life balance with only two required day in-office / week. The culture is healthy and allowances are typically made for your circumstances. Low turnover rate

      Cons

      Not a lot of formal structure- could be good or bad. Better if you don’t mind wearing multiple hats sometimes.

      - Great work culture - Variety of different projects - Work/Life balance

      Cons

      - 3 weeks PTO, including sick days for new employees. Gain an extra week every 5 years - some positions pay less than average but they make up for this with being low stress and pressure. They also make up for this in yearly bonuses that are based on how the company is doing.
