Our mission is to create a culture where our people live out the Focus Values and have the communication tools to build stronger relationships so they can perform at their best. We understand some of our job sites can be far for some employees. Due to our markets, we unfortunately cannot always stay within our downtown area and have been able to expand throughout the expand throughout the North, Northwest, and South suburbs of Chicago, and also in FL in Miami and St. Petersburg. We do offer Flex Parking and Transit as a benefit to help ease the financial burden this may cause.

      Pros

      I am approaching a year with Focus and can say that the company is as advertised. They place a heavy emphasis on culture and values. There is a concerted effort by leadership, managers and employees to live that culture, even when times are stressful. The people are also a living testament of a thriving culture. People are self-less, supportive and motivated to be at their best.

      Cons

      The company has been growing so managing the growth can be challenging. I appreciate that leadership is aware of that and is working through growth.
