Pros

Everyone is incredibly lucky welcoming, the perks are great, the office is stunning in central London, the work is really interesting and the company is really good at recognising driven employees

Cons

Not the highest pay in the field and there are very frequent organisational changes

For a small part of a larger Corporate entity (Comcast) Freewheel has excellent staff benefits, a caring culture & a massive focus on DE&I

Cons

Like any role in both Advertising or SAAS, its a fast paced environment that may not be suited to everyone
