Great company direction! Everyone is driven and focused! It is VERY FUN TOO! I would recommend it to anyone! It's a startup with growing pains but the people make it amazing! Leadership understands how hard everyone works!

Cons

There is nothing that bothers me! I am happy where I am at and plan on it for a while!
