Can’t say enough good things about Fuseideas. It’s a great place to work and one of the best marketing agencies in the area.

Cons

The benefits aren’t the best. But while this is a huge con to some (and rightfully so), I’m generally healthy and it doesn’t bother me as much.

This isn’t one of those companies you just work at for a few years and then move on when there’s no more room for you to grow. Management are very keen on retaining talented employees, and will go above and beyond to create new opportunities and help you develop both personally and professionally. I’m right on track with where I want to be in my career, and that’s a direct result of everything Fuseideas has done for me since I was hired on.

Cons

There isn’t a single downside to working here that you wouldn’t experience at any other agency in the industry. If you look at all the cons posted on these reviews, you’ll see that they’re all very standard across the entire advertising industry.
