      Getting paid, some folks are ok

      The company is down from 800+ employees to less than 200. They need to change to survive, but they don't know how.

      mostly all of day to day was constantly under management supervision. no time to do your job.

      Hard to believe the doors are even still open.

      Pros

      The initial salary was what I was looking for when I hired on, although there were never any performance or merit reviews thereafter.

      Cons

      Poor management and foresight drove round after round of massive layoffs. Company had peaked at 700+ employees. Within a few years was down around 100. Original ideas are not something that are encouraged. Shocked that the company is still open.
