      - At the forefront of digital products and creator led brands - Fast paced environment with GSD attitude - Hands off approach from management/leadership who trust their team to get the job done but are on hand to support when needed. - Lots of knowledge sharing and collaboration within the brand team. - Flexible remote first working policy. - Central London office to work from and use as you wish.

      Cons

      - In person socials/team meet ups aren’t as frequent but this is largely due to remote first working policy.

      Clear internal mobility: The company rewards performance and potential, not just tenure or title. Non-linear career paths encouraged: I moved from EA to Ops through hands-on exposure and trust. Opportunity to grow as the business grows: With scaling teams, new markets, and evolving priorities means constant learning. Everyone pitches in – it’s about progress and winning!

      Cons

      The role sometimes requires juggling multiple priorities, but this keeps things interesting and helps build strong multitasking skills. Depending on your role, collaboration across several teams can take some time to get used to, especially when figuring out who’s responsible for what. Like most things, getting to know your team requires patience. As an agency, we support clients across various functions, making this a great opportunity to learn about different parts of the business. It’s not always 9-to-5 as occasional after-hours work is needed for example during launches or key moments. This is made clear upfront during the hiring process, as we value transparency.

      Finally found a company that keeps me on my toes and challenges me everyday. I have really enjoyed my time here at Genflow so far and the onboarding/training process has been the best - thanks Simone
