      Brainwash, no actual life, no freedom, very low salary - Psychological torture

      Pros

      - I met some good persons. - They hire anyone willing to sell its soul

      Cons

      - No personal time, meaning that when you're not working you're still working, no real time to breath. - Salary is really low for the time and energy spend. And you also spend your money for all the travel expenses / food (meaning you destroy your credit score with you bank) - If you don't agree with the way thy do things (not ethical) then they'll get rid of you after they used you (I got promoted so it doesn't concern me). - Most of the time they rig the numbers presented to customers saying : "see it's a success"

      Pros

      - you travel to the same country from Paris during the project duration

      Cons

      - terrible management - extremely low salary for the position compared to similar positions in the sector - a lot of useless hustle, pressure, and absolutely no work/life balance - it seems the office is in the prestigious centre of Paris but it is in the suburbs 1h train ride from Paris North station.. even worse if you have a car and you stay in the morning traffic to get to their office.. complete waste of time

      You sacrifice your life for your job. They disregard opportunity taking, as well as your private life as a whole. They just want nice robots.
